Hot Carbonation Extraction
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) process was tested by a leading independent air quality laboratory in multiple homes.
Results show that Chem-Dry removes an average of 98.1% of common household allergens from carpets and upholstery. The common allergens tested were pet dander and dust mite allergens. Additionally, when coupled with a sanitiser, Chem-Dry was found to remove an average of 89% of the airborne bacteria.
Pet Odour Eliminator
An independent laboratory also conducted multiple tests of our pet urine remover and pet odour eliminator (P.U.R.T)
Lab tests showed that P.U.R.T. removes an average of 99.9% of pet urine odours from carpets. When coupled with our HCE process and a sanitiser, the study also concluded that P.U.R.T. removes an average of 99.2% of the bacteria from pet urine stains in carpets.
Tile, Stone & Grout Cleaning
Lab tests concluded that our Tile, Stone and Grout cleaning process, in conjunction with a sanitiser, removes an average of 98.6% of bacteria from these surfaces.
Similarly, our tests found that our Granite Countertop Renewal process, in conjunction with a sanitiser, removes an average of 98.4% of bacteria from granite countertops.
