Chem-Dry Vs Steam Cleaning

Compared to traditional steam cleaning, we clean for your health. Part of our promise is to deliver a healthier cleaning process than our competitors. To do this, we use a propietary Carbonating Cleaner process.

Compare the Difference

Using a low-pressure spray machine, our carbonating cleaner covers your carpet with millions of microscopic carbonated bubbles. The carbonation makes dirt and grime release from the fibres of your carpet and rises to the surface.

Once this happens, it is able to be easily extracted and swept away. Due to the minimal amount of moisture used, carpets are dry in only 1 to 2 hours.

In contrast, traditional steam cleaners simply douse your carpet in buckets of hot, soapy water. While this process does temporarily clean your carpets, it also leaves behind a layer of sticky residue, which collects dirt quicker, in addition to leaving moisture at the base of your carpet. This moisture excess causes the carpets to take longer to dry and allows for mould and bacteria to grow.
